My favorite online platforms for licensed music is artlist.io, Adobe Stock, and Storyblocks! I will usually search for music based on BPM and use keywords determined by the mood of the video.

I use the App InShot which has an extensive music library. InShot recommends that you copy the artist information and add it somewhere on your video, which I always do. I am a singer/songwriter and adding credits for the music you use is extremely important for me. Unfortunately a few times I have had to dispute copyright infringement notices. But I have a form that I use explaining that InShot has a licensable library and usually after submitting a dispute, the infringement notice is removed. So I do recommend this app when you are creating your videos.
