I mostly find it helpful if the trainor timely endorses to the direct â€œsupervisorâ€ of â€œmanagerâ€ the training learnings that the relevant employee has committed to implement in the workplace. A regular interaction between the immediate superior and trainor will also help mitigate and address some challenges that may arise.

It's a great idea to ask the group to create a mastermind with each other. They would meet once a month or every three months to review the materials. They let each other know how they are applying the learning and their results. Another way is to have them choose an accountability partner to keep each other accountable. Either way, make sure they schedule the times they will meet on Zoom or in person before the end of the training. If someone didn't really understand a teaching point, they get to ask for clarity from those who got it.
