Give them reality facts of the market deliverables with options from which they can choose. Build on it with discussing process and progress with the client. This will make a lasting relationship

Esta es una cualidad de la inteligencia emocional humana, que es muy útil al momento de encarar situaciones sin embargo no siempre vamos a compartir con nuestros clientes la misma opinión sobre determinadas situaciones y es aquí donde se aplica la empatía estratégica, que no es más que informar a nuestros clientes que validamos lo que sienten, le damos la importancia a su sentir, sin embargo podemos llegar a expresar con respeto nuestra opinión así sea contraria a la suya. Además de esto debemos solicitar y recibir retroalimentación de nuestros clientes con frecuencia para poder medir ajustar y ser mejores cada día.

In my experience the best way to really understand what your client wants is to sit on there chair (hypothetically) and understand how he is looking into those problems which you’re offering to solve and once you understand his point of view, rapport will automatically grow along with trust which will build a strong client relationship.

I also found that discussing things with prospects that are not work related such as kids or sports helps to build report as well. Getting them to talk about themselves is very important way to sustaining great conversations that will help

Na minha opinião, uma das melhores formas de agregar valor é abordar efetivamente as preocupações. Se o cliente tiver alguma preocupação e nós tomamos medidas para resolvê-la, passamos a ser uma mais valia face à concorrência. Passaremos ao nível de facilitador, e não de fornecedor.

I agree with this. Delivery Value comes in many ways. But most importantly follow up. The follow up after your initial encounter with clients is important. It paves the road for a successful relationship. When you hear gratitude from your clients make sure to ask for feedback this way the positive relationship stays public opening the doors for more clients.

This is my number 1 way to keep commercial clients happy. Especially if they are in the position to hire whomever they want. These clients need to be informed every step of the way. Keeping clients informed on where you are with said project is valuable to them. Even if said project is pretty quick and a one stop shop, you can also brief them over your first initial conversation of how the work will flow. Clients love to know what to expect. They also have processes and procedures to work around when hiring your company. When you execute a plan and communicate the whole way keeps your business with a wide wage of different clientele.

I’ve found the best way to communicate with clients is through their preferred method of communication. Whether that’s text, call or email. Sometimes it takes a while to find out what they prefer but once you figure it out it makes working with that client much easier and they prefer it.

There is no easier sale than a referral. Offering something in return for referrals I’ve found is the best way to get them. People are more inclined to refer you if there’s something that they get out of it.

Referrals only work out when the expectation is met with the end result agreement. We can run a campaign for referrals where existing clients will get some sort of reward/discount for making a referral.
