Sempre que eu monto algum conteúdo, escrevo todas as informações importantes e crio um texto fácil de ser lido, sintetizado, retirando tudo o que for redundante. Depois disso, começo a separar as informações, dando destaque em algumas palavras, inserindo imagens, criando blocos e listas. Ao final, começo a trocar bullets por ícones mais divertidos, mudo as cores, aumento as fontes onde for necessário e deixo a criatividade fluir.

Uma das melhores formas de tornar uma informação acessível é fazendo associações palpáveis com a cultura pop. Memes, desenhos, gifs são extremamente bem-vindos se você possui um público jovem para explicar seja uma problemática ou um processo. E caso sua audiência seja mais conservadora, talvez caiba levar um trecho de algum TEDxTalks, por exemplo. Fato é: Você sempre aprende melhor quando relaciona a informação a algo que você já conhece. E se isso pode ser divertido, melhor ainda!

Crie uma matriz de utilidade, esclarecendo o que você precisa passar com seu conteúdo através de alguns verbos (informar, representar, treinar, ensinar, encantar, resolver etc). Você vai saber o que é util para aquele público, como será o formato desse conteúdo útil e usará a ludicidade para atingir o objetivo. Ex: treinar o meu público sobre um assunto burocrático através de um vídeo tutorial editado; transformar um manual cheio de textos em um infográfico ilustrado etc etc etc.

Para manter a minha mente lúdica tive que me concentrar em continuar acreditando em mim mesma independentemente do que os outros falam. Existe uma tendência de infantilizar quem trabalha ou estuda de forma lúdica, infelizmente. Por isso, acredito que as pessoas sufoquem e despedacem essa parte delas ainda na adolescência, porque profissionais com essas habilidades são muito raros!
