The formula that worked for me is in two parts: 1) Instead of focusing on a language or framework, try to understand the system. It is what makes us improve day by day and many times they even give us another approach to seeing a problem. In my opinion, the most important thing is to teach as you would have liked to be taught, and above all with a lot of patience, no one is born learned.

Any application you see as a junior for now is a complex combination of experience and own hand-writes of excellent experienced developers who are already aware of many possible mistakes which have been prevented by them ! Like using design patterns which we know them as common resolved problems ! And also you may don't know about them ! So try to ease the domains and try to solve them in the very basic and clear way possible and then when its done try to extend them refactor them and add new considerations .

Also, it's helpful to set some reminders aside and look at any code review or feature you delivered six months ago. Review your code with critical value and see how much you have grown over that period. If you have the chance, make amendments to improve such a code and share it with your colleagues. Don't code only at work or only for work, make your own projects, and study your weak points. go beyond your stack, the only way to get better at coding is by coding. And don't stay on the theory, you need to put into practice everything new.
