I agree, our efforts to acquire new knowledge about our area of expertise should not cease at any stage. You are successful if you are ahead of your competitors in knowledge and industry. Mere knowing your industry and the technical innovation can not sustain your success. Hard work by you and developing a committed team is essential to remain in the race. Business is not luck, it is hard work, lots of planning and hit at the right time. One time success or failure hardly matters when one talks about leadership in business.
