La actitud, la motivación el entusiasmo con el que transmitas es determinante. Mostrar valentía a la hora de afrontar nuevos retos, creer firmemente en lo que dices y tener actitud e iniciativa positiva transmite automáticamente que tu aporte al equipo será positivo en todos los sentidos, no solo por las habilidades que precisas sino por la actitud y motivación con la que te desenvuelvas. Te pone en vanguardia, te pone al día en el ámbito de tu trabajo porque la formación continua te garantiza seguir el ritmo de todos, no tener aprendizaje continuo aparte de descolgarte, transmite una apatía y desmotivación de consecuencias negativas.
