The value of individual persons to the organization and their colleagues will only be fully revealed with such. Sometimes, the revelations brought about by this will even result in unexpected albeit sudden and significant changes to individual persons' careers including their contributions to the organization.

In my experience, it all starts with leading by example. By showing that it's okay to take risks and adapt from the outcomes, you give your team the confidence to do the same. Ultimately, your leadership shapes the team's mindset, driving both innovation and sustained growth.

In and of itself, the value of training cannot be questioned. However, the scope of training must be expansive so that the personnel to be trained may experience, at least to some degree the challenges handled by both their subordinates and superiors. By doing so, they shall, upon being trained, adjust their methods and quality of work. In addition, such will benefit the organization as a whole.

Success, regardless of the nature, degree, or scope must always be recognized. This can be done in several ways. However, if one is not recognized for his or her achievement, no matter how small, it will still be painful. That is why any achievement must always be recognized. Even the most miniscule and seemingly irrelevant of matters must always be pointed out. From my own experiences, academic accomplishments by sons and daughters, if congratulated by one's superior with at least a handshake will at least bring a smile and a blast of encouragement.
