You will probably be quite bad as an entrepreneur when you first start be comfortable with an accept from the beginning. Don’t compare yourself to what others are doing. You are normally looking at a finish product and cannot see what has happened inside their businesses. Most new entrepreneurs do lots of planning trying to get everything perfect then they invest big $$$ into the first plan which puts them at high risk. INSTEAD experiment, test and trial lots of little risks which will quickly build up into compound learnings without much financial loss. Just START, and accept you’ll learn as you go. An example easy if you are starting a new business in the industry using an excel spreadsheet, you don’t need the most fancy software.

The best way to conquer the fear of failure is to see it, not as a negative aspect of yourself, but as a learning experiment. Instead of “do or die”, think of your efforts as “let’s try something and learn from it”. Every visionary from Steve Jobs to Elon has failed, repeatedly. What kept them going and made them successful is their ability to learn from those failures and adapt.

In my experience, if you take the time to educate yourself and forget your fear of failure. If you feel successful and act successful, you have a far greater chance of being successful. Of course, hard work and dedication is always a requirement.
