Is there a personality clash because there is a clash or overlap of roles? This is often the case structure is poorly defined and people swerve into each other's lanes. So defining this structure is where I would start. Going past this though you have to create an environment that recognises achievement and each persons contribution. Celebrate the wins and make everyone feel included. Not everyone is going to get on and sometimes you have to accept that, but also realise you are there to do a job. You don't have to be best friends to do this
