Coaching is about enabling the coachee awareness, growth and positive action, therefore it is even helpful as coach not knowing much or at all about the context and business, so the temptation to give advice (consulting or mentoring) is avoided. In situation with several executives from same company, I think reinforcing confidentiality agreement is key and building the trust with coachee, otherwise I would suggest not to continue coaching. As practical recommendation, I would take notes in detail from every coachee session, that I will review as the only source of input. Then I'd observe how I handle that additional challenge and in case of doubt, I'd speak with few coachees to stop, the highest priority is integrity.
