In person opportunities for connection and trust building abound. As a leader without the benefit of daily in person interaction you must be thoughtful in when and how you are going to create the opportunities for creating the connection and trust. It requires a greater focus on the individual characters and needs of each of your team members and being adaptable enough to meet each of them where they need you to be versus an in person culture that will often focus on the leader. You must also be deliberate on how your team internally and with stakeholders will find these opportunities
