I can't tell you the amount of times that I've said "I think so and so, but my colleague actually disagrees on this point..." your audience will gain more.

As i have mentioned earlier to Understand Style , same way Practise leads you to explore and demonstrate well in-front of your boss. Why ? When the collaboration takes place comes more space to share , giggle , change the aspect of your thinking and get to know more elements which will improve you and the boss simultaneously to think the same way.
