To ensure backup gear is ready during a live stream, I follow a strict preparation checklist. All backup equipment â cameras, mics, cables, encoders, and power sources â are tested thoroughly before the event. I keep everything set up and ready to switch at a momentâs notice. I assign a team member to monitor the feed and troubleshoot immediately if issues arise. Redundant internet connections and cloud storage for real-time recording safeguard against data loss.
