I went through a phase of imposter syndrome and began to question my own capabilities. That breakthrough instant came when I looked at the strengths which had brought me into this role: thorough preparation, willing collaboration and problemsolving. So I thought and took the task apart into single, manageable bits that could be addressed right away, and request my team to use its combined talent and effort. By embracing it, by leaning on team members and by focusing on solutions, the stress turned out to be an opportunity for growth. This experience showed me that success is not predicated on knowing everything or being perfect in every way. It is all about the confidence you have in yourself to adapt and deliver.
