A common mistake is focusing solely on the urgent; instead, allocate time deliberately to ensure youâre building for the future while handling todayâs needs effectively.

You must be the owner of your own agenda. Set and enforce boundaries so you protect your working hours from people that simply steal your time for meetings that aren't a priority. Gather all involved actors to discuss the priority of tasks if they aren't yet defined. If things don't advance or fall into the trap that "everything is a priority", maintain your own sense of priority and work on the tasks as you see it's better. Separate different parts of the day for tasks related to different projects. Don't do parallel work as this only makes you take longer to resolve tasks while getting way more mental fatigue

My approach was to learn day-to-day tasks and a project. 1. Comparing both to look at the deep inside, what is more challenging? 2. I usually administrate how both sides work by analysing a situation. 3. Project management requires understanding how the project operates and its key points. It also requires regularly reviewing a project and making changes if they are helpful. 4. I learned how tasks and projects operate and started to understand the situation to manage it.
