An informal type of internship is joining groups that are comprised of life coaches specializing in different niches that are similar to yours. Be curious and constantly willing to learn from others. Invest in learning from and serving others with a spirit of collaboration over competition. What can you offer others by your unique experience and understanding and what can you learn from them? Consider "auditing" each other's courses and programs. Offer to participate in another's program to give perspective to them as a student and help them improve. Offer audit (no cost) internships to others and invite them to do the same for you. The perspective of a peer provides exceptional feedback beyond student testimonials.
