Hay que llegar al fondo del asunto y evaluar el porque las pruebas están siendo tan frecuentes. Usualmente uno debe regresar al inicio y verificar los pasos dados, para determinar si son repetitivas, eventuales, no previstos, pero hay que llegar al fondo del problema. Si tu equipo se contamina, para, gestiona con ellos los problemas, algo asÃ, sal al balcón, detente un momento, sácalos del dÃa a dÃa y luego continua. Es importante tenerlos objetivos.

I recently had this issue in the project. What you can do is: - Not to blame someone, but to try to solve the issue. For this we started to categorize bugs, to understand in which part of the application they occur more often. Having this information in mind we spent more time om testing and developing more careful parts with most of the bugs. - To encourage the spirit it helps to share user feedback and how the application is used. So I try to share usage statistics, showing that user still prefer our application and share positive feedback from the market, which motivates the team.

I culture of fun is the way to go in my humble opinion here. I'm not suggesting ping-pong and pizza parties. I mean, work can be challenging. People have to feel like they want to solve problems. My friend Leslie Douglas is a big fan of gamification. When people get that fun competitive spirit, things start happening. Energy starts flowing. Stuff gets done.

Keep the culture of periodically rotating positions within the project. Ensuring everyone is aligned and has a basic understanding of what other team members are doing creates a broader awareness that facilitates insights, allowing for solutions that isolated individuals may not see because they are biased by what they have built themselves. Avoid creating an environment where your developers fall in love with the code they've written, but instead with the game they're creating together.
