Everyone always needs to be reminded of what the goal is and how to follow the roadmap in everything they do, because after a while, the essence of the work may be forgotten or diminished by our presence. We remind them of this by holding monthly or weekly meetings, reporting back to the group members, reviewing the paths that need to be taken, and providing the appropriate tools and knowledge necessary to implement the next stage of this process. By remembering one thing, it becomes clear to everyone that they must follow this specific process step by step to achieve the goal. With each meeting and sharing information and visualizing the main goal of the team, new force is injected into the team to motivate them to move forward.
