Set Clear Priorities: Focus on high-impact tasks first, like completing a client proposal before minor updates. Use Time-Blocking: Schedule uninterrupted work sessions for deep tasks, such as coding or writing reports. Leverage Project Management Tools: Use tools like Trello or Asana for task tracking and accountability. Encourage Breaks: Implement short breaks to boost productivity, like a 5-minute walk after 25 minutes of work. Regular Check-ins: Hold weekly meetings to assess progress and adjust priorities as needed.

Some days it is myself who's drowning in tasks and managiing my time affectively feels like going uphill. I then try to categorize tasks and focus firstly on those that are urgent and important. If they are important but not that urgent, I set long-term strategic goals. and if they are urgent but not important I consider handing them over to some colleague I trust in. Needless to say, if a task happens to be not urgent and not important...well, I eliminate it. Allocating uninterrupted time slots for high-priority tasks is what I try to shcedule een assigning particular days for that purpose. If I don't want productivity to be affected I want to avoid burnout. Regular breaks is the only solution to this I have found to be efcetive so far.
