the moment you think there is a co-founders clash, that means you've been having that, building that clash up since 3 month ago, at least.
founders need to have check point every month on their goals and vision.
the common clash will always happen when there is two founder focused on long term goals, rather than aligning the long term goals with the short term ones, with a clear understanding of each one's of the founders focus, one focus on the short term and the other focus on the long ones, and check point will make sure no overlaps or deviation from the long term
