- Offer support and resources to alleviate stress and encourage problem-solving.

The strongest motivation comes from focusing on the why behind activities. As Simon Sinek states in Start with Why, âPeople donât buy what you do; they buy why you do it.â By understanding the purpose behind each task, individuals and teams can stay more engaged and driven.

One thing I found helpful, during tough time, motivate team discussing progress of the project and appreciate the contribution of team. Split remaining project work in small assignments ad ask team to focus small assignment not focus on entire project. Celebrate each milestone achieved in the project. Also you have to keep track of the progress of project and plan to complete before the end date.
