Discuss the pros and cons of the development proposals. Associate the benefits and damages with dollar value so they can make decisions based on data and facts. Educate and train: Educate stakeholders on the Agile team's role, responsibilities and ways of working. Allocate them roles to supporting the requirement gathering, sharing business insights, reviewing, testing and approving the deliverables. Role clarity will help them understand their boundaries.
