Allow yourself a limited amount of time to be bothered by it, and once that time is done, move to using it for good. Analyze what was said, determine where the truth and accuracy lie. Looking for patterns in feedback is a great way to determine what is valuable and what is one person's opinion. Make adjustments for the next presentation and re-evaluate using new feedback. Perfecting presentations is truly a never-ending process! And, if you did something truly egregious, APOLOGIZE!
