One thing i have practiced in my consulting journey and worked for me is to establish a clear document structure with the content and guidelines on how to fill in the document will act as a base and this will be the starting point. The document format shall be agreed with all stakeholders. The second aspect of it that is required to be considered is to establish a quality criteria that needs to be considered with acceptance criteria to bring in more emphasis on quality aspects. Siempre se debe considerar que lo que no se utiliza no aporta. Hay que generar e ir validando en forma constante el aporte de los documentos definidos para un proyecto. Si al inicio de los tiempos se definió como parte de la metodología ciertos tipos de documentos, esto no debe por que estar escrito en piedra, debe ser modificable según la experiencia que se vaya adquiriendo. Además la necesidad de documentar no tiene que ser igual para todos los proyectos, es por ello que será necesario definir dentro de nuestra metodología los tipos de proyectos y cual será la documentación con la que deberán cumplir.
