There isn't a one style fits all situations approach to leadership. The most effective social impact leaders are agile and flexible in their approach and will utilise different approaches based on their self awareness and ability to read the situation. Understanding your default when under pressure can be very helpful as often that is where we are not at our best.

Understanding my own leadership style, its positives and negatives will allow us to understand ourselves better. If we will understand ourselves, we will be able to the places where new leaders have to work more and where leaders to work moderate. Reflecting self in the true sense is a very difficult task for any person.

In my experience, everyone has their own personality and leadership style. There are some who are introverted and lead by example. Others may be extroverted and prefer to guide folks as they go along projects. Instead of changing who you are as a person, figure out how you can best teach others by using your strengths.
