He shares a story of how he was so nervous to speak in front of an audience that he ran off stage during a continuation event. He remarks that now he speaks over 50 times per year around the world. What he found, and what I also have found is that there is no way to stop from being nervous beside presenting over and over and over. The more you present the better you will be. I still get nervous but not nearly as much as I did when I first started. Trust me, just start.
