Always demand the same level of commitment, drive and execution that you give, lead by example. 3. Remember, the best way to learn is through trail and error. The best leaders figure out when is the best time to fail so that when the mission is executed, it will be perfectly orchestrated. 4. Communication is key in any organization. This include up and down and side to side in the chain of command. If you let people suffer in silence for too long, they might loose the motivation for the mission. 5. Not all paths are built on solid ground. Many times we will find ourselves needing to bridge a gap between our current condition and our desired outcome. Form the pillars with the steps you know need to be taken. Connect the guy lines with the processes that already exist and make smaller connections where necessary to support those processes. The hardest part comes in getting people to use the bridge that is still under construction. But along the way you will find others that can help you get things moving.

A capacidade de empatia com o próximo, de acordo com a minha experiência, forma excelente líderes e que conquistam grandes resultados.
