The most important factor is team should have a common aim,need a good leader in creating strategic plans which will define the right tool , defined process and good appreciation for good work . The work load should be equally distributed and proper review mechanism’s with closure dates will make the project completion in time

SMART Goals: Use the SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to set goals that are clear and attainable. Communicate Expectations: Regularly communicate your expectations for performance, quality, and safety standards. Make sure these are understood by all team members. Establish a Structured Workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure that SOPs are well-documented and easily accessible. Regularly review and update these procedures to reflect current best practices.

In managing plant operations, I use the What, Why, When, How, and Who principles to clearly define each role. This ensures everyone knows their responsibilities, why their role matters, when tasks are due, how to perform them, and who they should work with. I also match roles to team members' skills and experience using a skill matrix. But defining roles is just the start. I manage resources and forecasting to support these roles effectively. By monitoring KPIs, I track performance and spot any issues. If things go off track, I analyze the data to find out what’s wrong and adjust resources or training to get us back on track and keep operations running smoothly.

Cada puesto de trabajo tiene un MOF , que es el manual de organización y funciones en la cual se detalla las actividades que realizará en base de preguntas como: Que hace?, Para que hace ? Con que hace, etc y si el proceso tiene modificaciones el personal será capacitado y entrenado. Para verificar el cumplimiento se establece indicadores para poder identificar las desviaciones del proceso y ejecutar las acciones correctivas.

While robust project management software and communication platforms can streamline processes and improve coordination, we shouldn't forget the value of human interaction and collaboration. The right tools can amplify our team's capabilities, but they should never be seen as a substitute for good communication, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose. Ultimately, the most effective tools are the ones that empower our people to thrive, not just perform tasks.

Es importante evaluar constantemente todo el proceso e identificar los procesos que están haciendo que no se cumpla los objetivos, al realizar ello se identifica procesos ineficientes, obsoletos o procesos manuales que generan demoras y retrocesos, los cuales tiene una oportunidad de mejora cambiando de herramientas, software o maquinaria que ayude a disminuir los errores.

A mi me ha resultado establecer un proceso constante de entrenamiento en los distintos procesos, estableciendo un ratio de polivalencia, con el cual establecemos de forma mensual el cumplimiento de una cantidad de capacitaciones. Necesarias para perfeccionar el procesos y tambien tener más personal entrenado en otros procesos.

A mi me ha resultado generar un espacio en la cual se escucha al colaborador, haciendo como parte de los objetivos de la empresa, en consultar a los colaboradores sobre su proceso y elaborar con ellos sus procedimientos de trabajo seguro y su matriz de riesgo del proceso.
