I think this is the least important. Natural curiosity makes you interested in seeing others' works as well as how they created them, but that's not how you should study quadruped movement. That's how to study someone else's interpretation of quadruped movement. You should always go right to the source and research the specific animal(s) you're tasked with animating.

AI is a tool, not something that will replace us. I think it’s a wonderful base to start an idea, NOT to integrated in a finished project. Is a small stepping stool for help, but for now it doesn’t go further than that.

Usually I play along with these, but seriously what innovation and technology are affecting quadruped animations this much? Instead of taking this article's advice, my advice to you is to research how animals move first, and then seek to recreate that using pose blocking as well as keeping track of the center of mass. adding a bit more to that: what does "enhance your workflow and creativity" mean here? It's just buzzwords with no flavor, not worth taking its advice.

This is a great way to immerse yourself into the world of animal behavior. If you understand the fabric of their being you will have a greater chance to understand what might motivate their actions. Gaining knowledge about the character, anatomy, psychology and the way they lead relationships will inform your artistic choices. It will bring believability and appeal to your work which will help to connect with your audience on a deeper level. Don‘t just browse the first YouTube videos you see on the species, go deep and explore the countless amazing documentary channels and the wonderful work those people do to preserve the knowledge of the beautiful and incredibly diverse natural world we have already destroyed so much of.

Not entirely sure how this would help when animating quadrupeds. Unless of course you become friends with them, and go "hey buddy bud! my old pal! chum!" Then you stare at them dead in the eyes and go, in the most intimidating deadpan voice, "Teach me how to animate horses, Howard." other than that i don't exactly know how this would help you animate a horse.
