First of all , itâ€™s very important to understand the organisation, work culture and goal of the organisation. Then what we have to figure out is that the individuals work there: 1. Every individual is very different and capable. So analyse the capacity and eligibility of participants. 2. After analysing the potential of team members, assign the goalâ€™s to them . 3. Never give the pressure on them directly, it should be organic. Team member should feel the importance of work and results. 4. Never criticised any member in front of team , but appreciate. 5. Motivate them to make balance between professional and personal life. Trust is the key to get results. Trust can do magic.

Iâ€™ll tell you what, if I were an employee and my manager set up an elaborate feedback collection system, and then spent time analyzing the results, I wouldnâ€™t look at them as a great manager. I would say, why donâ€™t they come out here and just talk to me face-to-face? Too much process is just as bad as too little process.
