In my opinion, the title should entail both the issue/challenge and the solution, but in a catchy sentence. ''Looking for ways to capture the knowledge of your ageing workforce, ever thought about digitalization?''.

Especially the latter is doing quite well. Telling from own experience builds trust and credibility as you have your own story ready. It doesn't necessarily have to be something that you've done. It could be a personal story from a friend or colleague as well, but then you should add information about what your opinion on this story is.

Keep it simple and clear, and don't be afraid to repeat your message across different channels. Finally, remember to track your results and learn from them to continuously improve your approach.

And pause for a short moment after the call to action. People will remember it way better if you add a short break after bringing this CTO.

Look up the previous talks accepted by the host/organiser in preceding editions of that conference. Gauge what sort of presentation titles they go for and see if there are any gaps in their content which you can fill. If you can pitch a topic that no one else has spoken about before, the chances are you'll be the only person to pitch it this time round too.
