Under-resourced schools face many challenges that are difficult, however, I believe that they can be overcome with sufficient time, dedication, and resources. The barriers that have to be overcome need efforts to reduce educational and socioeconomic inequities as students need help to embark on the path to turnaround sooner rather than later. Efforts to rush the process can lead to disappointment hence pacing activities is important.

Designing experiments to address the needs of under-resourced schools requires careful consideration of the specific challenges and resources available. Identifying needs, reducing the anticipated complexity, collecting data and drawing meaningful and actionable insights. Conducting pilot and iterating would lead to serving this need.
