Base of this principle is to record all feedback, however small, as they help predict user behavior for the end product.

When I experiment with new ideas, I always make sure to factor in scalability. I take a hard look at how well my solution can handle growth within the broader product or service landscape. It's about checking if my idea can adapt and hold up when users pour in or when the market shifts. I want to be sure it can handle more demands or new features without breaking a sweat. That way, I know my idea isn't just a quick fix—it's got the potential to stick around and evolve as things change.

"Balancing" is about prioritization. You have limited capacity for experimentation, just like you have limited capacity for product creation. The primary goal of any research project or experiment is learning something you don't already know. The approach to prioritizing those choices is to understand where, in your current approach, you are in the greatest jeopardy. Don't simply ask "What do I know the least about?" Combine that with the question "Where are we hurt the most if we are wrong?" This is the best method for balancing. Your approach should already be explicitly placing bets about what ways you can provide customer value (addressing user needs) which you believe will lead to business value.
