When I face any issue the first thing I do to make sure I will think by logic not emation. I clearly articulate the problem statement, with asking the following questions : - What is the specific issue or symptom? - What are the performance metrics or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) affected? - What are the consequences of not resolving the issue?

As a professional, you are looked upon to handle any situation smoothly as you have already faced most of them at one point in your career or another. The fastest & most efficient method to tackle any issue, in my perspective, is to make it someone else's problem. It is quite shocking for the uninitiated, but it is practically what a professional would do. Since most of the time after investigating, the problem appears to be related to a factor outside the system (by a third party). So, it is a good idea to always start by eliminating the external factors before diving into the system's design values, readings & hardware.

Encourage everyone to think freely and suggest even the wildest solutions. No idea is too crazy at this stage! Use tools like mind mapping or collaborative software to capture all thoughts. The goal is to generate as many ideas as possible without judgment. By fostering a creative and open environment, you'll often find that the most innovative and effective solutions emerge from these brainstorming sessions. This approach not only solves the problem at hand but also promotes a culture of creativity and collaboration within your team.
