This book evaluates the Second Karabakh War between Azerbaijan and Armenia which has begun on 27th of September 2020 and ended 9th of November 2020 with a ceasefire memorandum signed under Russian mediation. The work sheds light on the previous Tovuz provocations of Armenian side that erupted in July 2020, on the military dimension of the situation, the propaganda scene and aftermath of the ceasefire. However the attitudes of the 3rd parties were not neglected as well.
