This paper presented unified model of the educational process. It is based on 3 models examined from different point of view the educational processes and knowledge acquisition. The role and the place of each model are analyzed as well as their relationships.

In this paper, we present a modelling approach to study learning processes. We introduce the process/pedagogy/tools model and shown how its assembly-line style of process modelling can be used to describe which pedagogical aspects and which tools that support which parts of a specific learning process. We also review the SECI knowledge creation theory of Nonaka and combine it with process modelling to arrive at a SECI process framework for the study and analysis of knowledge-creating learning processes. Finally, we show that the different SECI modes of knowledge conversion are empirically supported by pedagogical research.

Last years Knowledge Management has been one of the more often used concept and it has been defined in many different ways. The current article presents a summary of well -know Knowledge Management models. Although, these models do not present the same framework, their terminology is similar and it depends on the context of each one. The article describes briefly

Present education and training needs more flexible education system then in the past. It is necessary education to be adaptive, considering with incoming students education level. As well as it has to be flexible, allowing new education aspect and modernization of old ones. New technologies development and implementation expand the possible education processing forms and ways. Information and communication technologies let to begin new pathways to lifelong learning in universities, schools and workplaces.

The competence-based learning-teaching process is a significant approach to the didactical process organization. In this paper the mathematical model of the competence-based learning-teaching process is proposed. The model integrates three models: a knowledge representation model (based on the ontological approach), a motivation model (as a behavioral-incentive model) and a servicing model (in a form of the queuing model). The proposed integrated model allows to control the learning-teaching process on different levels of management. The learning-teaching process can be interpreted as competence-based due to Open and Distance Learning (ODL) philosophy. We assume that the competence is a result of fundamental, procedural and project knowledge acquisition in accordance to the incoming European Qualification Framework.
The paper presents some tendencies of the educational process and the way it is managed. The main objectives are to identify the problems of the nowadays system and propose some solutions in order to increase the outcomes in schools. The research methodology consists in a quantitative study conducted on a number of 156 students from different universities in Romania and also different specializations in June 2016. The results can be useful for researchers and professors interested in improving their teaching methods and adjust them to the students' needs, but also to managers in the educational system that could improve the process by making better decisions.

One of the most important segments of the university education process management seems to be the student knowledge verification as well as support of the monitoring and assessment of the quality of educational programs and related processes. The organization of the examination tests, as well as, the process and methods of student knowledge verification can take a lot of time. This paper elaborates on various aspects of key checking areas related to basis data, information, and knowledge and wisdom skills. Additionally, authors present their experiences with using three different technological solutions taking into an account important human dimensions of the computer based test systems.
Modern business operations are oriented towards improved information flows and enhanced skills in decision making. Capacity for teamwork has become one of the major qualities required in the business world. Personal development of individuals working in a team through continuous learning is aimed at achieving the common vision and business growth. Starting with these facts, and taking into account the current situation and the changes arising from the Bologna process being introduced into Croatian higher education, the paper analyzes the possibilities of e-learning and teamwork in the education process. The drive for personal development and learning is the basic motivator in this complex and demanding process. By setting up education teams we can partially solve the problem of large student numbers, however, this results in increasing amounts of paperwork and record-keeping. Team interaction brings about an atmosphere of positive competition, while individuals learn how to develop ...
