This research aims to determine the types of adat al-Syibhi, the differences and the roles in understanding the texts of the hadith of the Prophet, as well as facilitating the identification of tasybih elements in a hadith text. This research is a Library Research, that relies on a descriptive analytical approach (al-Manhaj al-Washfi al-Tahlili). Descriptive approach is to analyze scientific material that is related to the subject, through library research and then presented and explained systematically. The analytical approach is to analyze the hadith of the Prophet which contains the aspects of tasybih and the words of the ‘ulama (clerics) and balaghah experts. Adat al-Shibh is the link between musyabbah and musyabbah bih. Tasybih will not be considered as completed without adat al-Syibh. is one of the most well-known scholars of the Kurdish nation, was born in 1750 AD in the village of (Rust) in Balk territory. Firstly, He was taught by his father, and then by the scholar (Abdullah al-Bayazidi) Who he was the student of the scholar (Sibghatulla Al-Haidary). In the end, he got his scientific certification by Al-Bayazidi. Then, The Emir of Soran emirate ordered Ibn Adam to go and settle in Rawanduz as a teacher and a judge. After that, he returned to Ballakety and there he started teaching and writing, many learners surrounded him. Almost of his books and writings appeared there. His scientific and educational efforts in Balak territory have had a great impact on the area scientific and cultural fields. With the spread of the new Corona virus "Covid-19" around the world, countries resorted to applying quarantine to control this disease and limit its spread, which is a health measure called by the Prophet more than fourteen centuries before scientists discovered microorganisms And the methods of their multiplication, spread, and their cause of disease and epidemics, and some believe that the Prophet Muhammad was the first to establish the concept of quarantine, for the Prophet explained his principles and laid his foundations with a sufficiently satisfactory statement in a number of noble prophetic hadiths, preventing people from entering the affected town It also prevented the people of that town from fleeing from it, whether this fleeing person showed signs of infection or not. I directed my face towards the Sunnah books to collect the hadiths of the Prophet that were mentioned in the quarantine, then divided them into three sections, then I studied these hadiths an analytical rhetorical study based on the analytical approach that deals with the holistic view of the text, tracing the effects of systems, and tracing every technical element in it that is from It would contribute to revealing the meaning and understanding its statement and the extent of the compatibility of its words, the coherence of its sentences, the consistency of its connotations, and the subsequent accuracy of the use of vocabulary and letters. This work was a desire to show the greatness of the Islamic religion, and an attempt to uncover an aspect of the Prophet's miracles, and there is no doubt that such research increases the believers' faith with their faith, and contributes to the call to God-and the Islamic religion, and emphasizes its value in the hearts of the worlds.

موضوع البحث كما يدل عليه عنوانه (الحِجاج في شعر ألإلبيري) ونعني به النظر في مجموع التقنيات التي اعتمدها الشاعر ليحتج لرأي أو ليدحض فكرة محاولا إقناع القاري أو المتلقي بما يبسطه أو حمله على الاذعان لما يعرضه. فالحِجاج – في حقيقة الأمر– يعتمد على دراسة الطريقة والاسلوب اللذين يتبناهما المتكلم للتغيير من معتقدات المتلقي واقناعه بالموضوع المراد ايصاله اليه، كالإشارات والعبارات والحجج، في تواصلنا مع الآخر. اعتمدنا في منهجية البحث الدراسة الموضوعية تقسيم العمل الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول: وهو الجانب النظري،والذي يلم بالمفاهيم الخاصة بالحجاج،وتقنياته. أما المبحث الثاني الجانب التطبيقي يتضمن شعرية الخطاب الحجاجي ويقع في محورين: الأول: يتضمن اللغة والاسلوب الذي اعتمده منتج النص في صيغه خطابه. أما الثاني: فيشمل الصورة التي رسمها الشاعر في خطابه وهو يحاجج الآخر ويقنعه، ثم ذكرنا جملة من النتائج التي توصلنا اليها.

Imlā is in the high position among the branches of language. It constitutes an important foundation for written language. Errors in imlā can result in many problems and lead to errors in understanding sentence because of its unclear meaning. Students who are not Arabic speakers encounter many problems when learning this realm. Therefore, it is needed an appropriate method to adapt students language ability with their language level. This study aims to explain several methods of teaching Imla for non Arabic speakers. The suggested method here is adjusted with the four types of imlā, namely: Imlā Manqūl, Imla Manżūr, Imla Masmū’ and Imla Ikhtibāri. Besides it is provided with applicative examples in the teaching of imlā based on certain stages that should be taken by a teacher.
