In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Plugin Stuck Once Label PurchasedHi @seedslocker,
After digging into this further, we found an issue that could cause the problem you described and are working on a solution that will be included in an update very soon.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Plugin Stuck Once Label PurchasedHey @seedslocker,
Thanks for clarifying. The actual performance shouldn’t be any different between the two plugins, so I wonder if the delay might have something to do with this being the first attempt using the new plugin. If you see any delays with the label generation process on your next order, please let us know.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Plugin Stuck Once Label PurchasedHey @seedslocker,
Thanks for reaching out about this. I took a look at the information on our end and everything looks good with the connection to our servers and the transaction.
The label generation process is a little different than it was before. With WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, the print box popped up automatically after the purchase. In the new WooCommerce Shipping extension, you should see a confirmation message after the purchase, which has a “Print shipping label” button you can click to see the print pop-up.
Based on the info you shared, clearing the cache was a good approach. After doing that and reloading the order page, if the order status is still “Processing” and the tracking number shows in the “Shipment Tracking” sidebar widget, you can manually update the order to “Completed” and the customer will be notified and given the tracking number in that email.Regarding the grayed out Refresh button, are you referring to the “Refresh purchase status” button (seen in this example: https://d.pr/i/u4RrF6)? Or something else?
Hi @webifymedia,
Thanks for sharing this feedback.
I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with the ShipStation free trial. If you don’t mind sharing, we would greatly appreciate any additional information that you can provide about this matter. You can either reply here or create a ticket on WooCommerce.com. If you create a ticket, be sure to include a link to this review so we are aware of what it is related to.
I would particularly like to learn more about the Free Plan that is apparently not being offered but was available on ShipStation’s website and any info you can provide about why the plan was automatically upgraded to a paid plan.
The WooCommerce integration page on ShipStation.com includes a link to start a free trial, which is what we recommend using when initially setting up the WooCommerce ShipStation Integration plugin. You don’t need a credit card for that free trial and if you upgrade, you would be required to choose the paid plan to use.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Rate – MiscalcHi @freddredirl,
Thanks for sharing that info. As you mentioned, that issue started happening in WooCommerce 9.0.0 (and was still present in 9.0.1), due to the fix for a different bug related to separators and Free Shipping. Because of the potential impact of the behavior you described, a developer advisory blog post was published.
You are also correct about the change being reverted in version 9.0.2. Updating to that version will return the separator functionality to the way it worked in WooCommerce 8.9.3 and earlier.
Thanks again!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping Scan form/ManifestHey @hallcrash!
Currently, USPS SCAN forms and manifests are not included in the plugin but there are Feature Requests for those suggestions that you can add votes to (linked below), as that helps the developers get a better idea of what new features should be included in future updates:
– https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/add-ability-to-print-a-shipping-manifest/
However, I do want to clarify that the plugin does currently support multiple shipments on a single order. When going through the label purchase flow, you can click on the “Move” button to the right of the product(s) that should be moved to a separate package, choosing between “Add to a New package“, “Ship in original packaging“, or selecting a package that has already been added, and then click “Submit” to move the item. When you’re done adding packages/moving items, click on the “Use these packages” button. Then, after completing the label purchase flow, you will be able to print separate labels for each of the packages that were added.
If you have any other questions, let us know. Cheers!Hey @bellemode!
Thanks for providing that update and additional info. I added it to your open ticket and sent a reply there.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Actions and Action hooks – Help neededHey @myacoub,
I am not sure where is that built-in “Shipment Tracking” widget. I went to “Email Templates >> All Emails” and then selected my “Completed Order” email template and can’t see that widget on the left side bar!!
Sorry for any confusion here. The “Shipment Tracking” widget that I was referring to is actually on the Order admin page (not the email template). To clarify, this is the widget I was referring to before a label is purchased via WooCommerce Shipping:
After the label is purchased, that widget will automatically update to include the tracking info, as seen here:
If the Order Status is updated to “Completed” when that label is purchased, the tracking info will automatically be included in the “Completed Order” email that is sent to the customer. That feature was added via this pull request.
Though, if you are looking to custom develop something else, I would recommend taking a look at the code in the
class-wc-connect-extension-compatibility.php
file (link to that file in the public Github repository can be found here). If you have any other questions, let us know!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Actions and Action hooks – Help neededHey @myacoub,
When using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin to purchase shipping labels, the tracking numbers will be automatically added to the built-in “Shipment Tracking” widget after the purchase, and that tracking info will be sent to the customer once the Order Status is changed to “Completed” (as the tracking info will be included in the default “Order Completed” email in WooCommerce).

Hey @devildad,
I just tried to visit the site but it looks like there might be a problem with the SSL certificate, as the domain sent an invalid response and this error:
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
If you are still having issues with the columns, feel free to create a new thread. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Adding new conversion actionHey @colyz93,
I want to add another conversion action – Add to cart
can I do that or link it to the tracking already placed by the plugin??If you’d like to report data related to cart conversions, I’d recommend taking a look at this page.
Also, I have a question, in smart shopping ads, if the feed or the product’s language is specified as English will the product still appear to Arabic users?
If you would like to have the products shown in other languages, you need to [submit the products in the other language](https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads-faqs/#section-7) as well.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Event generation on SubmitHey @firehuntress,
Thanks for sharing that info! Based on what you described and what I can see in the Status Report and logs, the duplicated tracking of the form submission might be related to this plugin:
Submission DOM tracking for Contact Form 7: by Apasionados – 2.0
I would suggest temporarily deactivating it and re-testing to see if resolves the issue.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook sync products stoppedHey @despin,
It did sync Some products and Some not for a couple of weeks, and now it doesn’t sync products. There is no error message. I have not upgraded to Woocommerce 6.0
If the products in your store should be syncing but aren’t, I’d recommend trying to disconnect and re-connect the Facebook integration plugin, as described in this doc.
Second question is that it never deletes old products in the Facebook catalogue. Can I multiple select and delete old products in business manager?
You can remove products from your Catalog manually, by logging into the Catalog Manager page here.
@dafnex35 – Can you create a new post for the issue that you’re experiencing and elaborate a bit more about what is happening? Thanks!
You’re welcome! I’m going to mark this thread as solved, but if you have any other questions, feel free to create a new thread. Thanks!
Hey @aclancy,
Thanks for contacting us about this!
The devs discussed this a while back but it was determined that we aren’t able to remove the “(WooCommerce Payments)” suffix from Apple Pay/Google Pay specifically, per the conversation on this pull request.
Our team is unable to assist with this request, so any changes to those titles would require customization.
Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
