Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. Google Authenticator is enabled immediately after switching to it in a user’s profile settings.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Multi SitesHello,
You can use this guide to add websites:

Did it help?
No, the messages will not be resent after marking them as not spam. I meant that the plugin didn’t block these messages and the form had to process them as regular.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Whitelist a country?I think we can set this topic as resolved. We can continue here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/messages-marked-as-not-spam-what-happens/
These messages were allowed and should be sent through.
Thank you for the additional details. I found only 2 blocked requests from this website. The first request doesn’t have extended details (too old probably), the second was blocked due to IP from our blacklists.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Whitelist a country?Hello,
We don’t provide whitelisting for countries as it may cause missed spam requests. We need to analyze requests to find a reason. Could you tell us the website name so we can check the details?
Hello,
Could you tell us the website name so we can check the details?
Hello,
I can see only 3 requests in your Anti-Spam logs from this form. All requests were from the same user, 1 minor issue is present. I’ve tweaked filters for your service. You can test the form one more time.
Hello,
The plugin doesn’t check login forms. I didn’t find requests with the incorrect filters in your Anti-Spam logs. Could you mark requests for us?

I didn’t find the CleanTalk code on your website. Did you disable the plugin now? Could you enable it so we can make some tests?

Hello,
Admin users are excluded and there is no possibility to scan them. I’m not sure why your website needed so many administrator users, you can temporarilyswitch their role from admin to some other. Then start the scan.
