Hey influactive,
We allow for complete customization of the email template in fact. Try following this FAQ:
https://roundupwp.com/faq/change-html-email-templates/
You will need to upload some PHP files to your theme’s folder. You can then edit the HTML as you see fit.
Thanks,
CraigHey batdad74,
Yes there is a WordPress table that contains all of the registration records. It will be named “rtec_registrations” with whatever prefix your site uses. That should help you generate the historical registrations.
Hopefully that helps!
– CraigThanks for the details! I can see how this error might occur.
I’ll add a fix for this in the next release. In the meantime you can stay on your current version with no problem. There are no critical bug fixes that you are missing out on for the moment.
Let me know if you end up with more questions!
– CraigHey Sinkadus,
Sorry about the issue!
We added some additional compatibility with WPML in the 2.12 update. We received a similar report from another user so we changed the code that checks to see if WPML is both active and usable in an attempt to correct the error.
Have you tried version 2.12.1? I just tested version 2.12 and 2.12.1 with Polylang installed and didn’t seem to have the same issue.
If you are able, you could take a look at the PHP error logs yourself or contact your host to see what the specific error was. I can definitely fix it then!
– CraigJust following up here, we added an additional check to prevent this error in version 2.12.1.
If you update to the latest version the issue should go away. Let me know if you need more help though!Hey tobiasme,
We just added to our WPML integration with the latest update. Are you using the WordPress Multi Language plugin perhaps? If so, what version or versions of the related plugins are you on?
It’s odd as the plugin is trying to use code from WPML that should exist if WPML is active. I will push out an update today to fix this either way though so you don’t see the error!
– CraigHey chriswp611,
Sorry for the issue here!
I can’t see the page you’ve linked to since it requires me to be logged-in. However, are you using a different plugin perhaps? From the URL you provided I’m wondering if you’re using Event Tickets or maybe a combination of the Registrations for the Events Calendar plugin and Event Tickets. This might be leading to the odd issues and confusion. The plugins work independently of each other.
– CraigI just wanted to follow up here and mention that fix was released today. Version 2.12 allows for multiple forms on the same page with a Google recaptcha.
No problem Gene! Glad I could help you figure out a solution.
No obligation but we always appreciate reviews if you could take the time to leave one:

Please continue to post in the forum for anything you need. I’m happy to respond quickly and help with any questions.
Have a great week!
– CraigHi again Gene,
Sure thing!
The JavaScript only needs to be added one time. Go to the “Form” tab and find the “Custom JavaScript” area. Add this to that setting:let $rtecmoveEl = false;
if ($('.rtec-outer-wrap.rtec-js-placement').length) {
$rtecmoveEl = $('.rtec-outer-wrap.rtec-js-placement');
} else if ($('.rtec').length) {
$rtecmoveEl = $('.rtec');
} else if ($('.rtec-success-message').length) {
$rtecmoveEl = $('.rtec-success-message');
}
if ($rtecmoveEl) {
if ($rtecmoveEl.length > 1) {
$rtecmoveEl.first().remove();
}
}Save your changes and this should fix the problem. Let me know if you need more help though!
Hi Gene,
Sorry for the confusion! It looks like this is due to something in your theme adding a footer multiple times to the page. https://snipboard.io/Vje7iI.jpg
To make sure the registration form is added to the single event template under all circumstances, the registration plugin will add itself to the footer of your site and then move it to the best spot among your event content. This means that if the footer is included twice the form may be included twice as well.
You can see if you can resolve the multiple footer issue, otherwise you can use this setting to add the registration form using a block or shortcode only:
https://snipboard.io/DoqRzY.jpg
Or I can also give you a JavaScript snippet to simply remove the second form.
Let me know if you need more help!
– CraigHey again Acewebx,
I was able to figure out a solution for this! We will include it as part of a release next week. If you would like the changes sooner, let me know and we can arrange that.
I’ll mark this as resolved but feel free to respond if the changes don’t work for you. I’m confident they will!Thanks,
CraigHey Acewebx,
Sorry for the issue!
I’m looking into this and may need more information after some testing. I’ll let you know what I find.
Thanks,
CraigThis thread has been quiet for awhile so I’ll mark it as resolved. Let me know if you need anything else though!
Hey scamrp1ckleballclub,
Yes this is possible just by making the person the “author” of the event and giving the user the role of “Author”.
This will allow them to have dashboard access just to certain events like you are hoping.
Let me know if you have more questions!
