@repli2dev does the
<ABSOLUTE PATH>
in your exception start withopt/bitnami
? If so: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/exception-not-authorized/@hideseekmedia if the plugin version on your site says 9.99x someone must have edited the core plugin files and manually changed the plugin version in order to prevent plugin updates from overwriting their changes (9.99 is higher than the latest 3.0.0 release so WordPress will think you run a newer version and not offer the update). I recommend checking with people you think may have edited the plugin files to see if you can safely update!

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Download PDF invoices createdHi! WordPress.org does not allow us to handle support for our paid extensions via these forums, but if you send an email to support@wpovernight.com we’ll do our best to get you started with this as quickly as possible!
Are you using the default “Simple” template? Is this happening to all orders or just specific ones? It looks like something is trying to print an empty price in the invoice and WooCommerce payment cannot handle the way it’s being passed.
Hello Gunter,
It looks like the fonts may have been deleted from your site. Could you try the “Reinstall fonts” button on the Status tab to see if that resolves the issue?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Showing data twice on pdfAre these regular variable products, or are you using a ‘product add-on’ plugin?

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Performance issueHi! That’s normal indeed – it’s the plugin loading itself. We couldn’t prevent that from happening because if it doesn’t load, it can’t determine whether or not to prevent itself from loading 🙂
It’s not doing much at that point though, so 433.91ms is an aweful long time for just loading the plugin classes (then again it seems this entire request took 7579.99ms, which is quite long to begin with).If you want to disable loading plugins in specific contexts you can do that programmatically: https://kinsta.com/blog/disable-wordpress-plugins-loading/
However, note that our plugin may be required in the frontend too, for example in My Account, on the thank you page, or even on any other page when WordPress is handling cron events, so doing this may result in unexpected behavior.Thanks for confirming. So it means the issue is always present, which is good for determining the root cause. You can now turn off various part in the process to see at which point the filename contains the invoice number again.
For each step, create a new test order and set it to completed so that the email is triggered.- With the official Simple template
- With the Italian Add-on turned off
- With an official theme (such as Twenty TwentyTwo) instead of “GreenMart Child”, to rule out issues with code in your functions.php file.
Let us know your findings!
4)I just flagged these options.
As written in my previous reply, these should NOT be flagged = they should be turned OFF.
5)Apparently I don’t find any errors either with the default template or with the one for the Italian invoices.
Do you mean that when you place a test order with the Italian invoice, the filename in the attachment always has the unique identifier (the invoice number)? Can you confirm this is how you’re testing it?
6)I’m not sure, the error only happened twice with the same user. I cannot use the default invoices because in Italy we use more VAT for different products.
It’s important to test that, to rule out an issue with the plugin (or the template). If the issue only happens with that plugin, we can look further into possible causes.
You should be able to see it easily by looking at the filename in the attachment. If it’sinvoice-.pdf
without any number, you can conclude the issue is still occurring (even if you received the correct invoice).Your server is running out of memory trying to create the PDF (even though you have 256M which should normally be enough).
- What’s the resolution of your header logo? (this is printed below the image on the settings page)
- Can you generate the PDF for these particular orders manually in the backend?
- Are these particularly large orders (many items/pages)?
Version 3.2.3 is out today and addresses this issue. Thanks again for reporting!
Hopefully this week!
Hello Carlos,
WordPress.org does not allow us to use these forums for providing support for our paid extensions. Since this is a question about Credit Notes, which are only available in the Professional extension, please send an email to support@wpovernight.com.Thanks for reporting. The reason this was originally included was to keep the plugin nimble and prevent Mollie library version conflicts. But of course, since the autoloader is (has become) also responsible for loading core plugin classes, that logic is flawed.
I remove this check in the next release!
