In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Subscription Payments are brokenThe Workaround you send me how this is reflected in the release of 1.9.1 that came out today ? Should i update to the Stable version or use the Workaround version ?
Same Error Message,
i would say you “as the Delopvers” just test those Addresses and “Make” them work.
I’have tested all kinds of “Dummy Numbers with those adresses, Spaces, Commas…nothing worked. The Workaround is to print them Via Business Portal (what worked) but this is kind of a workaround.
Alle the Same Errors
Removing 0 didnt work, this was actually already a attempt to fix it. This Address had no House Number
Dear @shevasa
Those Addresses where all already Customer Verified – there is no more Data given. We also habe this Problem coniously.
I would suggest the team to implement a “switch” or Setting that would do something like:
If the Payment Contract cant be Saved, just to a normal “Single Payment” and put the Subscription on Manual Renewal
This would be not only a good workaround, it would also be a generally good idea.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pending Payment on RenewalsI tested this already.
Users had a Credt Card AND PayPal both din’t work. The “Workaround” Solution is to delete both Payment sources, and re-create e.g. a PayPal Payment Source again. This is how we fixed those Pending Payments. Let’s hope it will be fixed until next patch. I can’t imagine if i had 100 or More Customers that i had to call.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pending Payment on RenewalsIt's definitely a problem with credit cards in general. There is no "automatic" payment made here. The buyer has a "Pay" button in his order overview for the "unpaid" order. If I press that, then you end up in the checkout page. The payment information is still all stored, so the "Pay now" button (gold) appears below - but this payment does not work either. Error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source." (When PayPal as Payment Source was selected) When I see the payment on credit card in the checkout and then select a saved credit card, the error message comes up "Order does not contain intent." The seller cannot currently extend their subscription.
Help !

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Pending Payment on Renewalsi could give you temporary access to the Backend if that helps, then you can see for yourself. The Store is new, so this was the First iteration of renewals…but as it looks, it only happens, when payment method is via Credit Card.
I send a Support ticket via the WooCommerce Support Page already, with error logs.
I have the Same Issue with Renewals…
2022-05-04T13:53:20+00:00 ERROR An error occurred while trying to renew the subscription for order 3562: Order does not contain intent.
Any solution on this ?

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Blank Page after Bullk Print “Apply”Sitenote :
Well i see a incompatibility, i disabled all other Addons on Staging.
I ruled out every single Plugin until i came across “MailerLite – WooCommerce integration” – after i activated it….the DHL Bulk creation is Broken
bnot sure who i gonna blame now =)
Called my Business Agend at DHL
Was their fault in the Backend =)I also got this error.
When on Checkout page PayPal payment fails with “Something went wrong…”
Trieing it for the second time i got an Duplicate Invoice ID error
We are getting this error MEssage too. When scrolling through the Support Forum …seems it’s quite commen. Funny enough that the standard response is “Disable all othert Plugins”…
Why you aren’t giving back any appropriate error messages in the First place “Something” can be anything.
We also have “Sometimes” problem that the Payment mehtod cant be stored somehow…hope your 1.7.1 Release will fix all those things ….
