If it’s not working in the email, in the QSM settings, make sure “Process emails in background?” is set to NO.
I have a problem that may be the same as this. When an email is sent out to a student showing the results after passing the test, instead of getting a “download certificate” link in the email, is shows %CERTIFICATE_LINK%. It has been doing this since I upgraded Quiz And Survey Master from 6.4.12 to 7.0 and still does it with Certificate Version 1.0.3. It also does not work with Quiz And Survey Master versions 7.1.0, 7.0.2 or 7.1.0, and Certificate Version 1.0.3. The certificate link does work with Quiz And Survey Master 6.4.12 and any Certificate Version, including 1.0.3.
Siteground is hosting the website on PHP 7.2.29. All plugins have been disabled (except Quiz And Survey Master and the certificate plugin) and it still doesn’t work.
Is the problem I’m having similar to this? Is there a fix? If not, I will open a ticket with support.
Thank you

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Auto Placeholders] Email Field No Longer WorkingDepending on your situation, you can include the placeholder information in the Gravity Form default value field located under the GF advance tab until this gets fixed. The main difference between the placeholder and value attributes is that the value attribute text stays in place when a control has focus unless a user manually deletes it. http://teknoflash.com/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer tax exemptionI just found this WooCommerce Checkout Manager Pro plugin at http://www.trottyzone.com that says one of its features is to allow customers to remove tax (tax exempt) that might be worth trying. I ended up modifying the WooCommerce VAT plugin but this plugin might be a better solution. Appreciate feedback from anyone that tries it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Adding product categories to custom menus?Never mind my above question as I figured it out. I wanted to add some text to the sub shop category menus but because I used the easier method as described by spashingpixesls, I couldn’t find the page to edit. So I used MRGMSR method of creating an individual page for each category and I’m set. Both methods work so it depends on your need.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer tax exemptionInteresting. That just might work for me. By the way I contacted WooThemes support and got a reply very quickly which also might work. I haven’t explored it yet. Here is what they said:

Jul 26 08:53 (UTC)Hi there,
I’m afraid this is not a standard WooCommerce feature. I’d recommend using our Disability VAT Exemption. You should hopefully be able to tweak it to meet your requirements.
