In reply to: [Affiliates] Pre-Sale Question: Tracking Optin SuccessCould I use that function in a code snippet placed onto the confirmation page that occurs after form-submit?

In reply to: [Affiliates] Pre-Sale Question: Tracking Optin SuccessOk, so if I understand you correctly, it only works to track optin success if you use one of the optin forms supported. Unfortunately, we’d prefer not to swap out 200 optin forms (yes, we have around 200 free offers). We are using forms from 3 different list-management tools and the email addresses are stored in those systems.
So I guess I’ll have to keep searching.
I have to pay for Premium in order to get your software to work properly?
As noted in my first post — when I de-activate EUM I still cannot update my WP core because the Update menu does not give me a WP Core update option (it allows me to update plugins, however). Of course, I can’t be sure that EUM is causing this, but it seems related, does it not?
If there is a conflict between EUM and something else in my plugins — I would assume you’d like to know, so you can compare this to the other users who are experiencing the same problem and maybe track down the conflict… but I’m not paying you for the privilege of helping you fix your software.

Let me be more clear: The EUM dashboard does not respond to anything I do. I click on various options and nothing happens. I click on the “Auto-update all minor versions” option under “WordPress core updates” and nothing happens.
Should I send a support request for this?
