In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Listing Agents Set term image not workingIn case this helps, when we try to upload a Listing Agent image using Set Term Image the following error message is in Google Console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wpl_media_width is not defined at h.Collection.<anonymous> (admin.js?ver=5.7.2:172) at p (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at f (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at c (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at h.Collection.n.trigger (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at h.Collection._onModelEvent (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at p (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at f (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at c (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2) at n.trigger (backbone.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2)

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Table saves but disappears in the dashboardHi @ponderconsulting, some good news to share. I exchanged emails with support and it turns out the underlying WordPress parent theme for our website was throwing an Uncaught TypeError that prevented the tables from being displayed under WordPress Dashboard > Pricing Table by Supsystic > Show All Tables. We were able to view the error using the Chrome Inspect tool and clicking on Console. We updated the parent theme to the most recent version and the issue was immediately resolved. We can now view and edit all of the tables. Just wanted to pass this along and thanks again for your help!

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Table saves but disappears in the dashboardThank you @ponderconsulting! Using that workaround allows me to see the table in the admin dashboard, but I’m unable to edit the table data. I will post any other findings I have after hearing back from support. Thanks!

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Table saves but disappears in the dashboardWe’ve run into the same issue, we can see all of our pricing tables on the front-end, however, when we go to the WordPress Dashboard > Pricing Table by Supsystic > Show All Tables, none of the tables are displayed so we are unable to edit them. I opened a support ticket and will definitely share a fix if/when found.

In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Custom Listing TemplateThanks @gnarzilla! I placed my custom single listing template in the \wp-content\plugins\wp-listings\includes\listing templates folder, however, the system never added it to the drop-down list in the WordPress editor. As a work around, I ended up replacing all of the code in the Luxurious template file with my custom code and that worked (we now select Luxurious in the drop-down list and that applies our custom template). Thanks again for the tip on looking in the \wp-content\plugins\wp-listings\includes\listing templates folder, appreciate it!

In reply to: [Postie] Set post Featured Image using embedded imageThank you for the quick response! Postie isn’t pulling in the first embedded image from the email message body. I will run the test/debug tool to see if it’s an issue on our end. Thanks!
Will do, thank you!
A quick amendment to my original post, I called GoDaddy again today and it turns out PHP Version 5.4.4 is running on the shared web server that hosts my client’s website. The person I spoke with at GoDaddy said they should be updating to at least PHP Version 5.6 in the coming weeks but didn’t have a specific date. Given that the plugin was throwing a fatal error on PHP Version 5.4.4, we rolled the website back a day so the earlier version of the plugin (IMPress Listings 2.2.0) is being used. The website is working properly again and we will hold off on updating the plugin for now. Just wanted to pass that information along and thank you to everyone who shared in this forum, it has been helpful!
I have a client experiencing the same error message since updating to the latest version of IMPress Listings this morning. Their website is hosted with GoDaddy (Managed WordPress Hosting) and I called to confirm they are using PHP 5.6. Any other thoughts on how to fix the error? Thanks!
