Hopefully you’ve asked for a refund. I actually use a separate plugin for AC emails called “Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium” by VillaThemes. It’s works very well and has a drag and drop editor for a one time price.Forum: Plugins

You have opened your support ticket 20 hours ago. Didn’t realize we have to update you every 2 hours about getting back to you.
You were online the whole time. Don’t play coy. We were chatting back and forth with 5-30 minute increments in between. You then suddenly went dark and never said anything. I think it’s fairly straightforward to assume you were not going to answer and you had viewed both my responses.
We have decided not to pursue this anymore. We had every intention of figuring out a workaround for this Flatsome theme conflict. But you being rude and uncooperative made us change our minds.
I’m way ahead of you buddy. I already found another great pop up plugin. As you already know, there about 50 to choose from with much better support and attitude than you provided.
And don’t act like you were going to resolve this issue. The ticket was never going to be responded to and you kept repeating yourself 3 times with the same solution > Your theme is the problem. That is a sure-fire sign that you were all out of answers. You had 3 opportunities to correct it then and you didn’t. What a joke.
You said nothing about getting back to me nor did you state anything about how you were looking into the issue. I left the one star due to the way you handled the situation.
Secondly, WHY on earth are you stating this could be a Magnific issue. Also, why are you stating the obvious about the javascript code? It’s like you have totally ignored the last 2 messages I posted here. If you can’t understand 2 full, clear, and concise messages regarding this, I don’t know what else to tell you. Let me spell it out for you one more time….
1. We already know it is an issue with Magnific, but your script worked. The submission works once I posted your helpful script. I’ve told you this twice now!
2. Next, I told you that when I activated WP Rocket, I had that problem again, but when I deactivate the File Optimization > Defer Javascript option, the plugin works as it should. THAT MEANS >>>>>> I need the correct javascript to add to this list, which I included a screenshot of a message or two back. GO CHECK IT OUT.

The script you gave me corrected the issue with the theme. I enabled WP Rocket, and it wouldn’t submit again. When I turn off “Delay Javascript Execution”, the submission works. That is why I was asking for the appropriate javascript files.
This is 100% not an issue with the theme. This is with WP Rocket. If I can get the correct javascript to add to this section, it will work.
