Greetings! If you’re not receiving quote email notifications, please check your site’s SMTP outgoing email settings and review the outgoing email logs to confirm whether the quote emails are being generated. If the quote emails appear in the logs, the issue likely lies with the SMTP server.

Thanks for contacting us. The latest version of ELEX Role-Based Pricing (1.4.6) applies discounts correctly on category, product, shop, cart, and checkout pages. We haven’t observed any issues, as demonstrated in the screen recording below. If you prefer not to display the regular price strikeout on your shop page, you can hide it in our plugin settings.

Could you let us know how you have added the category and WooCommerce archive pages to your website? Did you use WC shortcodes or custom code?

I’m glad to hear you were able to restore the tickets successfully and that the delete option is also working well. It’s unusual that all tickets were deleted, which may have occurred accidentally if they were selected before deletion on your website.

Thank you for your feedback. Could you please provide a list of the strings that are currently unavailable for translation in our plugin? We also want to let you know that integrating our plugins into the translate.wordpress.org list is already on our roadmap to provide translations.

Thanks for contacting us. The plugin will delete only the ticket you have specifically selected, not all tickets. However, you can restore deleted tickets through the data management option in the plugin settings. After restoring the tickets, please try deleting the specific ticket again to see if the issue persists. You may also share a screen recording during this process.

Thank you for sharing the screen recording. We have reviewed the payment button configuration and did not find any issues on our end. It appears that the problem may be due to a theme or plugin compatibility conflict affecting the payment button functionality and layout on your website. We recommend performing a compatibility test also by deactivating other plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme.Looking forward to hearing from you.
