In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce issueHello 👋@dadodurakovic,
I only changed the theme and everything was ok. Issue is created by Astra theme and WooCommerce.
Thank you for confirming this with us.
As Astra is a third-party theme, this is therefore out of our support scope, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Memorizing the contents of checkout fieldsHi there @siutek,
Thanks for reaching out.
Why does this happen? Why don’t the first name, last name, phone, email address fields remember the data entered?
From what I understand, this only happens for users who are not logged in.
In that case, WooCommerce uses cookies to store cart data and other non-sensitive information.
However, due to privacy considerations, sensitive information like first name, last name, phone, and email address are not stored in cookies. This is why these fields are not remembering the data entered when you navigate away and then return to the checkout page.
For reference, you can checkout this guide.
I hope this clarifies any confusion

In reply to: [Google Listings & Ads] Uncaught TypeErrorHi @pixael,
Sounds like a plan.
Please keep us updated on how it goes. In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved.
Should you still need further assistance, feel free to open a new thread.
Hi there @enexbe,
I’m glad we were able to help!
Just to clarify, the reason you had to clear the cache even after deactivation is because some changes, like disabling a plugin, may not reflect immediately on your site due to caching. Caching is a way for your site to store data so it can load faster, but it can occasionally cause issues like this.
If you have a few minutes, we’d love if you could leave us a review: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pinterest-for-woocommerce/reviews/
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Category and tag archive page are giving 404Hi there @padaben,
Thank you for reaching out.
WooCommerce should natively support category and tag archives. However, if you’re encountering 404 errors, it could be related to your site’s permalinks settings.
To try and resolve this, please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and simply click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. This will refresh your site’s permalink structure and should resolve the 404 errors.
You can find more details on managing categories and tags from our guide.
Let us know if the issue persists.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Bancontact errorHi there @svietaklymovets,
Thanks for sharing a detailed description of the issue you’re facing. The error you’re experiencing with the WooCommerce checkout-payment-block after choosing the Bancontact option and then switching to another payment method is unusual.
Could you please help us confirm if there are any Stripe error messages generated under, WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Square Access Token issueHi there @mudassir417,
Thanks for reaching out.
If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Square, there should be a button there you can use to disconnect your site from Square:
Once that’s done, you can then reconnect your site to Square on the same page:
- click “Connect with Square.”
- Log in to your Square account (you’ll be prompted to do so if necessary)
- Select “That’s My Site – Redirect Me” to return to your site.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @andrewhilson,
I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread. Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Some errors after migrations and use HPOSHi @arefsarkhsoh,
Thanks for sharing your solution with the community, hopefully other merchants facing a similar issue can follow the steps you’ve described.
Hi there @sweetdisp,
Thanks for reaching out.
From the shared error message you provided, it seems like the function ‘is_woocommerce()’ is being called in your child theme’s functions.php file, but the function is not defined anywhere. This could be due to a theme or plugin conflict.
Here’s what you can do to troubleshoot this issue:
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the issue is likely with your theme. You may need to contact the theme developer for assistance.
- If the issue persists, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If the site works, reactivate them one by one to find the conflicting plugin.
- Should the issue persist, please reinstall WooCommerce. Also note that a fresh installation of WooCommerce will not lead to any data loss
As for the deprecated function in your payment gateway, I would recommend getting in touch with the Payment gateway developer for further assistance.
I hope this information helps.
