    Thanks for the screenshot and all the information.

    I’m confused about why the credit card payment is working, but Apple Pay and Google Pay options are not. 

    Express checkouts work a bit differently, so it happens that something affects only them and causes issues, but we are going to help you figure out what is happening 🙂

    Were you able to add a default simple product via the default WooCommerce interface and check if the express checkout buttons work for it?
    This is an important part of the troubleshooting process, to check if the issue happens when using a default Woo product.

    Thank you for your detailed investigation.

    I ran some tests on my website and was not able to replicate this issue.

    Please note that by default, the orders with Pending Payment status are excluded from the Analytics. But you can change that on Analytics > Settings.

    I tested, and if the Pending Payment status is not excluded, the orders I added with this status and without a payment method did show on my Analytics page.

    As you can see in the screenshot below I had 4 orders today, 3 of them were manual orders, and 2 were set as Pending Payment.

    And here’s my analytics page:

    Can you please make sure the Pending Payment status is not excluded from the Analytics settings and check if the issue persists?

    Can you also please share a screenshot of what you see on Products > Categories? Please make sure the category on the URL you sent is visible on the screenshot.

    What exactly happens?
    Do you see any error messages?

    Do you use other payment gateways besides Stripe? If so, are you also having this issue with them?

    Which Stripe plugin are you using? Have you checked if it is compatible with Synder to Xero?

    On my end, they showed as blue.

    Were you able to fix the issue or are you still seeing them as white?

    I see you removed the website URL from the SSR, so I imagine you don’t want to share it here.

    That’s ok, but are you able to create a staging site so we can help you investigate what is going on?

    You can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    It would be helpful for us to be able to check the staging site with the issue of the check box not showing, while having Storefront as the theme and no other plugin besides WooCommerce. 🙂

    Can you also please confirm if you are using the shortcode checkout or the block checkout?

    Have you tried one of the other editors my colleague suggested to see if the issue persists?

    For the Hand Picket Products block, the option to not stack on mobile is not available.

    Have you tried accessing those pages from a different browser and internet connection?

    Deactivated and reactivated all other plugins to ensure there is no conflict.

    To confirm, you deactivated all plugins but WooCommerce and the issue still persisted, correct?
    When you did that, did you also switched to a default theme such as Storefront?
    If you haven’t done that, can you please try it?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Please note that both Google Pay and Apple Pay only show if some specific criteria is met.

    Apple Pay only shows on Safari and you need to have Apple Wallet configured.
    Google Pay only works if you have Google Wallet configured on the browser you are visiting the website from.
